Every year on April 11th, we celebrate Free Listening Day hosted in cities around the U.S. and abroad!
Free Listening Day is an opportunity for the entire world to unite through the power of compassionate, non-judgmental listening, and offer another person the opportunity to be seen, to be known and to be loved.

How To Participate In Free Listening Day
First, take a moment to read through our PARTNER GUIDE, and watch our HOW TO DO FREE LISTENING INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO for an in depth look at the Keys to Listening, the things that block us from listening, how to keep a connection going, how to start your own group, and how to stay safe when Free Listening. Make A Sign
Write FREE LISTENING on a piece of cardboard or poster board.
Your sign can be as simple or as artistic as you want it to be!
Choose A Spot
Find a safe street corner where there is lots of foot traffic. Hold up your sign and wait for someone to approach you.

Listen
When someone approaches you, put your sign down and listen, giving them your full attention.
